Organized Networks Certification
Certification aimed at companies in various product sectors that place products on the market and / or provide services through "organized networks" of individual artisans or structured companies.
The scheme is applicable to the most varied sectors as it is flexible and, in addition to basic requirements, it uses as a reference the product and / or service specifications defined by the company itself. The assessment is carried out both on the "leader" company that manages the network and on the operators of the network itself.
The main aspects to be assessed concern:

- Controls on the production process
- Documentation provided to network operators
- Training provided to network operators
- Management of customer complaints
- Storage conditions of products and materials
For the network operator
- Possession of all the necessary technical documentation made available by the Lead Partner
- Compliance with the procedures provided by the lead partner
- Required registrations
- Storage conditions of products and materials
- Use of materials and accessories approved by the Lead Partner
- Possession and maintenance of equipment and instrumentation suitable for the planned activities
- Training provided to staff
- Customer complaints management
- Customer property management
The Organized Networks certification scheme helps all parties involved to define and agree quality and safety standards and rules, and to continuously monitor and ensure compliance.
