LEAF Marque Certification

What is LEAF?

LEAF is the acronym for Linking Environment And Farming and is an organization founded in 1991 in England that created the LEAF Marque standard applicable to all primary production companies.

Basic principle

The basic principle of the LEAF standard is the use of integrated production on farms or Integrated Farm Management (IFM) to achieve sustainable production for the environment and society in agriculture.

This certification does not overlap with other primary certification schemes (such as GLOBALG.A.P.) but is complementary.

The LEAF Marque certification is applied to the entire company area and allows the use of the LEAF Marque Logo on product packaging only after inspection by recognized certification bodies, such as CSI.

CSI is proud to have a team of qualified inspectors for the different food schemes and is able to offer integrated checks for the different certification schemes.
