BRC IoP: standard applicable to companies that produce packaging materials


The BRC IoP standard defines a series of requirements aimed at the correct management of hygiene aspects in all phases of the production processes of the food packaging industry through:

  • the clear definition of the specifications, risk factors and necessary controls;
  • management of the structural characteristics of production sites;
    the management of contaminants;
  • the correct management of personnel behavior.

This standard also considers system aspects, taking up concepts already envisaged in ISO 9001: CSI - IMQ Group offers the possibility of obtaining the BRC IoP certification in addition to the certification according to ISO 9001, taking advantage of all possible synergies.
